Christmas has come early! Our holiday series CHRISTMASUZANNUKKAH starring Amy Sedaris and Noah Galvin premiers tomorrow, December 6.
Writer Evan Horwitz describes his inspiration for the series:
“For most people I know, the holidays are about survival. For many people, and especially for queer people and people of blended faith traditions, the holidays are the time when we are most acutely aware of our difference, of the ache of belonging and not belonging. So, in many ways this is a story about duality and the gauntlet that most queer people have to navigate between different worlds with different rules, particularly when it comes to intimacy and attachment. This story is also a celebration of invented and idiosyncratic holiday traditions, which I find wonderful, hilarious, and moving.”

🫖 Coming Soon 👩🏽
With a new year on the horizon comes a batch of new rom-coms. THE LONELY WIFE starring Melanie Chandra drops January 3, 2023, wherever you get your podcasts!
Mira is a school teacher. She’s been married to her hotshot corporate husband, Amit, for seven years. Mira’s life is comfortable… but it’s also predictable and grating, as Amit embeds himself deeper and deeper in a materialistic, status-obsessed career Mira doesn’t relate to. When Amit’s long lost childhood friend, Rav, comes to stay, Mira’s entire world is thrown for a loop. Amit leaves all the hosting and sightseeing duties to Mira. Mira initially decides Rav’s no better than her husband: at least, his politics are awful, and she’s constantly arguing with him. And yet, Mira finds herself inexplicably drawn to Rav: he’s intelligent, he’s artistic, he’s free-spirited… and he’s, um, sexy. What will happen by the end of Rav’s stay? What choices will Mira have to make? The Lonely Wife is a modern look at love, marriage, and the lives we could lead, if only we take the chance.
