For starters, what is Meet Cute?
noun. an amusing or charming scenario in which two people are brought together in some unlikely, zany, destined-to-fall-in-love-and-be-together-forever sort of way.
Example A: Notting Hill
William (Hugh Grant) leaves a coffee shop in London, turns the corner of Portobello Road and bumps straight into Anna (Julia Roberts), spilling his foam cup filled with orange juice all over her. They’ve met cute. Let the romance saga begin.
🎬 Stealing Scene
An excerpt from The Holiday (2006), written by Nancy Meyers. IRIS is played by Kate Winslet. ARTHUR is played by Eli Wallach.

I was getting coffee and the woman in front of me was paying with one of those screens where after you give your order you add the tip and sign. She had spaced out for a minute and I had ordered so I signed her screen—and added in zero tip. And she looked at me like WTF. And I was like oh, shit. Then we both laughed over the funny aspect of this modern condition.
